Dock Life Beach 1 - Cottage 2, Riverside 3 bedroom, 3 min walk to Beach 1 Toggle favorite

This is a clean, functional unit. It is a little worn, nothing fancy, but it has big windows and a good view. There were a couple of maintenance issues, but Tal responded immediately. It suited our needs well and it was nice the kids could hang out upstairs.

We've come to this place 2 years now and it's been an awesome stay. This location is a hidden gem and is in a great spot in Wasaga Beach! Talbot was an awesome host, and I can't wait to come back again next year!!!

The location of the property was great, and the surroundings were nice and convenient. However, the stay was a bit disappointing. The place was smaller than I expected and definitely needed better maintenance. The bathroom flush wasn’t working, which was a major inconvenience, and the host took a long time to respond to my complaint. Additionally, the heating could have been much better, especially given the cold weather. While the location was a plus, the overall experience didn’t meet my expectations. And utensils needs to wash they were freaking dirty.

I recently stayed at Talbot's Airbnb with my family, and we had an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that our host has put a lot of care into making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The location was perfect for our family, with easy access to nearby attractions, and the neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. Talbot was incredibly responsive, answering any questions we hade before and during our stay, and even provided great recommendations for things to do with kids.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend for a comfortable and stress-free getaway.

We had a girls weekend there and the host was very accommodating. The place was great it fit us all. He was very easy to contact when we needed something. Would definitely stay there again

Excellent location. Clean. Fun experience

Location to the beach is awesome and right next to the river. Cottage is basic but ok….. the only thing I really didn’t like was the bugs The location is fine. BBQs that are available don’t work the best. And the amount of spiders inside and outside of the cottage was the downfall…. Cupboards were sticky upon arrival.

Thank you for the lovely stay! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will While we did not end up staying at this specific cottage (were transferred to another one on site) - I can comment on the overall property and its staff.

Lightning quick and responsive communications with the host and the staff who were always on site. We requested a few items for the kitchen which were brought over almost immediately, including extra dishes for our large group. Fantastic customer service.

Everything was very clean, and the new ownership is continuing to work on improving/modernizing the space after taking over from another owner in June.

The grass area with the fire pit and chairs is absolutely fantastic to catch a sunset over the river and nothing beats the ability to walk over to the beach in 5min by crossing the bridge, without having to pay for the municipal beach parking.

Will absolutely be back.
