You are looking at one of Canada’s biggest beaches. How cool is it that Wasaga Beach is so close for the typical Ontario traveller?
We think it’s cool too and that’s why we’ve poured our lives into 3 locations in Wasaga Beach.

They are all walking distance to the beach and right in the heart of town. Our Biermans Cottage Company trio of cottages are literally less than 2 minutes walk to Beach 3 in Wasaga Beach. Our original Dock Life is 4 minutes walk to Beach 3. Lastly, our biggest property is Dock Life Beach 1 at, you guessed it, Beach 1 in Wasaga! Not only are these places perfectly located for the summer, but they’re also an easy drive from Blue Mountain to save money on accommodations when you’re in the area for winter skiing and snow activities.

10 of our units operate in the winter and they are so much like a hotel or motel room, except bigger, have full kitchens and better outdoor space. We have extra large units that can accommodate up to 14 people.

For the avid mountain bikers, hikers, cross-country skiers and snowshoers, many of our units are less than a block away from kilometres of awesome, cared-for trails. You’re also a block away from a tennis court and brand new, town-owned, kids playground.
