We are a family-owned and operated cottage rental business, renting homie cabins to budget-minded vacationers and large groups alike with amenities to match.

Since 2014, we’ve been working hard to provide couples, families and groups a quality experience at an affordable price point. All while setting them up with strategically located cottages near the beach and on the river in Wasaga.   Great atmosphere, friendly people. Adorable cottages. Clean and well kept. Communal fire pit. Waterside docks. A 10 minute walk to beach 3 (dog section). Tiffany and Tal are awesome hosts. Definitely looking forward to coming back before winter. Then again next year.  Dockside is located at 1047 Mosley. Came back for another long weekend because it is very comfortable and quiet. Great people and owners. Came back for another weekend and as usual another great time. If you want reasonable costs and great people try staying here. You won't regret it.   Returned once again to this lovely little place. And once again we were not disappointed. The cottages are tiny but clean, but the deck is beautiful, some people were fishing off the dock, the campfire was nice, the beach is a short walk away, and the owners as usual are very responsive.   My husband and I needed a holiday so badly. Found this little cabin in Wasaga beach on Market place. We arrived a couple hours early and owner Talbot happened to be there. By the time we finished talking our cabin was ready and we got an early start on our vacation. 100% all positive things to say. Such a friendly host. The cutest cabins, very clean. All you can possibly need, fridge,microwave,shower,TV, comfy bed,your own bbq and picnic table,a beautiful huge deck that looks out to a gorgeous channel of water and for the more active they have cannoe, kayak,paddle boat and bikes you can rent for the day. Ice scream shop accross the street and  Beach was a 4 minute walk. We are so impressed with this little paradise only 2 hours away. We will be returning every summer and maybe twice a summer. FAQ’s

Q - Can we check-in early?

A – No sorry, we have a schedule we have to keep. We focus on preparing for the 3pm check-ins. Early check-ins distract from preparation for yours and everyone else’s stay. Often before 3pm is our personal time to run errands and have appointments. We’ll offer it to you if we can.

Q - Can we park more cars than your limit?

A – No, please don’t do that. Each unit generally has dedicated spaces. More than that would take a way from others.

Q - Do you provide pots, pans, dishes and cutlery?

A – Yes, all units have them.

Q - What’s your cancellation policy?

A – More than 14 days, 100% refund. More than 7 days, 50% refund. Less than 7 days, no refund.

Q - Are you pet friendly?

A – Yes, but with limits. Only 1 pet allowed and it must stay off beds and furniture. It should also not be left alone. Cats are strongly discouraged. There is a $35 pet fee.

Q - Can we have visitors or someone stay over?

A – No sorry. Registered guests only please.

Q - Can we bring more people than the limit?

A – No, please just rent a bigger unit. We have 1 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms and a 5 bedroom.

Q - Do all units have private bathrooms?

A – Yes, they all have toilet, sink, shower or tub/shower.

Q - Do you have A/C?

A – Yes, all units have A/C. We remove some of them around October and put them back in around the start of June though.

Q - Do all of your units include bedding and towels?

A – Only at Dock Life Beach 1, yes. At Biermans and Dock Life, not at this time because we don’t have laundry there. Please bring your own. Those beds will have a pillow supplied and a mattress protector.

Q - Do you have fire pits?

A – Yes, every property has a community fire pit. Biermans has private ones for each unit.

Q - Do your units have full kitchens?

A – 19 of them do. 10 of them have no stove/oven, but have a private BBQ instead.

Q - Is the beach walkable?

A – Yes, all of our properties are within 4 minutes walk. Some are 2 or 3 minutes.

Q - Are your units wheelchair accessible?

A – Sadly, we have only 1 unit that have no steps whatsoever. A studio 4-person. However, we have built a portable ramp to go into the units that have only 1 step. These buildings weren’t designed back in the day with that in mind.
