Cancellation Policy
If you cancel less than 14 days away from your check in date, we will do our best to rent the cottage out again for the rental period you have reserved. If we are successful, we are happy to refund the down payment minus $50 for a Processing Fee. If we are not able to rent out the property, despite our best efforts, and the property remains vacant during part or all of your reserved dates, your reservation will be subject to the following:
Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. Less than 14 days is no refund.
