Great location! Private Sauna!
Riverview and access. From your walkout into the riverside yard, watch the boats float by on the beautiful Nottawasaga river or simply walk 2 minutes across the bridge and you're easily in the Beach 1 area.
Large, simple lower unit sleeps up to 14 people and walks out to river's edge. Bedroom 1 and 2 each have a double bed. Bedroom 3 has a single. Bedroom 4 has a double bed with single upper bunk. The final room has (2) single beds. (2) Futon double beds in the living room.
(2) bathrooms, Full kitchen, A/C, WIFI, Flatscreen SMART TV, and an indoor private Sauna.
6 communal BBQs and communal fire pit. Space for (3) Cars Only - no extras please.
Please note that this is not a party place. And with that, no visitors. Our preference is to groups, families, couples who can respect their fellow vacationers on the property.
-For the best service, notify us if you expect to arrive after the check in time so we can try to still greet you and personally show you in.
-Only planned guests permitted on the property.
-Parking for 3 cars only.
-Sorry, we can't give early check ins. From 11am until 3pm we're usually very busy preparing for everyone.
-There are rules for the sauna. Please learn them before using it.
-Pet friendly, but one pet only. Please don't leave it alone or allow it on beds and furniture.
-Speakers are strongly discouraged

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel less than 14 days away from your check in date, we will do our best to rent the cottage out again for the rental period you have reserved. If we are successful, we are happy to refund the down payment minus $50 for a Processing Fee. If we are not able to rent out the property, despite our best efforts, and the property remains vacant during part or all of your reserved dates, your reservation will be subject to the following:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
Deposit Policy
Refundable $100 damage/extra cleaning deposit is required upon check in

Lovely space. There are areas of improvement but overall was a nice and happy experience staying at Talbot’s. We would love to come back in summer and hopefully we’ll be seeing the place with new installations and upgrades just as suggested by Talbot!!
