Great location! Riverview and access. Also has some lake views.
Freshly renovated (main floor bathroom not renovated yet). 2 floors with great river views and partial lake views, watch the boats float by on the beautiful Nottawasaga river or simply walk 2 minutes across the bridge and you're easily in the Beach 1 area.
This is our home. It’s a 2 story upper unit sleeps up to 12 people. 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms. 1 bedroom on upper level has two double beds and the other 2 bedrooms have a double bed. Main floor bedroom has a double bed. Double futon in the living room. Full kitchen, Washer and dryer, A/C, WIFI, Flatscreen SMART tv, 6 communal BBQs and communal fire pit. SPACE FOR 3 CARS ONLY - no extras.
Tennis courts and library a 3 minute walk.
Please note that this is NOT PARTY PLACE WHATSOEVER - no tolerance. No visitors. Our preference is to groups, families, couples who can respect their fellow vacationers on the property.
-For the best service, notify us if you expect to arrive after the check in time so we can try to still greet you and personally show you in.
-Only planned guests permitted on the property.
-Parking for 3 cars only - no extras.
-Sorry, we can't give early check ins. Before 3pm we're usually very busy preparing for everyone.
-Pet friendly, but one pet only. Please don't leave it alone or allow it on beds and furniture.
-Outdoor speakers are strongly discouraged

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel less than 14 days away from your check in date, we will do our best to rent the cottage out again for the rental period you have reserved. If we are successful, we are happy to refund the down payment minus $50 for a Processing Fee. If we are not able to rent out the property, despite our best efforts, and the property remains vacant during part or all of your reserved dates, your reservation will be subject to the following:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
Deposit Policy
Refundable $100 damage/extra cleaning deposit is required upon check in

Nice place, great for a group of friends that want a place to stay.
Location: Very convenient, truly 3 minutes away by walking from the beach. Lots of things to do within a 10km-radius, such as Go-Karts, Jet-Ski/Boat Rentals, sky-diving & more. Not too many things to eat around, but there are plenty of amazing places within 20 mins from Wasaga that remind Europe.
Easy communication with the host and the girls at the office were very nice and helpful.
The place could be a little bit cleaner but it is a cottage after all.
