Riverview and access. From your private deck 10ft away from the river's edge, watch the boats float by on the beautiful Nottawasaga river or simply walk 2 minutes across the bridge and you're easily in the Beach 1 area.
Cute lower unit sleeps up to 6 people with a double bed in each bedroom and a double pull out futon.
Full kitchen, A/C, WIFi, Flatscreen Smart TV.
6 communal BBQs and communal fire pit. Space for (2) Cars Only - no extras please.
Please note that this is not a party place. And with that, no visitors. Our preference is to groups, families, couples who can respect their fellow vacationers on the property.
-For the best service, notify us if you expect to arrive after the check in time so we can try to still greet you and personally show you in.
-Only planned guests permitted on the property.
-Parking for 2 cars only - no extras.
-Sorry, we can't give early check ins. From 11am until 3pm we're usually very busy preparing for everyone.
-Pet friendly, but one pet only. Please don't leave it alone or allow it on beds and furniture.
-Outdoor speakers strongly discouraged.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel less than 14 days away from your check in date, we will do our best to rent the cottage out again for the rental period you have reserved. If we are successful, we are happy to refund the down payment minus $50 for a Processing Fee. If we are not able to rent out the property, despite our best efforts, and the property remains vacant during part or all of your reserved dates, your reservation will be subject to the following:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
Deposit Policy
Refundable $100 damage/extra cleaning deposit is required upon check in

Very Basic, small unit. Mildewy smell. Very uncomfortable beds. Porch and river view were quite nice. Very close to the beach/ activities walkable. Was quite noisy on the river and no soundproofing whatsoever from the upstairs. Would be worth it for 1/3rd if the price. Otherwise wouldn’t recommend

Our check in was later than 3 so we were waiting around for an hour. We loved the location especially the river and proximity to the beach. We enjoyed the fire pit and the barbecue. We felt that the shower was very tight, the sink in the kitchen drained very slowly and the beds were very uncomfortable. The wifi rarely worked and we could hear every step the upstairs neighbours made.

Tal was an absolutely amazing host, he was very personable and always on top of things. His cottages are lovely, and give you such a cozy feel. Plus they’re right on the river which is a beautiful view to wake up to every morning. I also loved having the communal spaces, it was great for meeting new people and sharing the outdoor games we brought. I can’t forget to mention the staff, they’re super friendly, helpful and make you feel welcome and secure (security staff). I can’t wait to go back!
